3. Technical/Financial/Economic appraisal of projects, cost estimates, assessment of risk factors and impact on environment, preparation of appraisal report and memorandum of sanctions (MOS).
4. Organisational Aspects/Preparedness of the State Government Departments/Agencies.
5. Project implementation - PERT/Bar charts/CPM technique.
6. Qualitative aspects of civil works.
7. Water Mangement System.
8. Monitoring and Evaluation
9. Operation and Maintenance of Irrigation projects/Participatory Irrigation management (Water Users Associations)
